Annual prepayment saves 12%. Onboarding for portfolios above 1,000 beds is a one-time fee, quoted per portfolio, and covers room mapping, data import, and site-team training. Every plan can be cancelled at the end of its term with 60 days' notice.

Do we pay for void beds?
Yes — pricing is per bed under management, occupied or not. Void beds are precisely the ones the platform is there to reduce.
Is there a charge per user?
No. Site teams, housing officers, contractors and client viewers are all included at no extra cost.
What happens after the pilot?
Pilots convert to Operate at the annual rate, or end cleanly. We export your data in full either way.
Do you integrate with our PMS?
Operate and Portfolio include API access and CSV sync. Direct connectors are scoped per contract.
